Qualifications

• Опыт управления или использования RSP-платформы (SGP.22) с точки зрения поставщика, оператора или MVNO.
• Опыт продукт-менеджмента для технических платформ, API и телеком-продуктов.
• Умение переводить технические стандарты и потребности клиентов в конкретные требования и критерии приемки.
• Опыт ведения стратегии продукта, приоритизации roadmaps и объема релизов для сложных платформ.
• Понимание SM-DP+, SM-SR, SM-DS, LPA, eUICC и жизненного цикла eSIM.
• Умение тесно сотрудничать с инженериями, архитектурой, безопасностью, операциями и коммерческими командами.

Responsibilities

• Вести стратегию продукта и дорожную карту RSP-кадрового портфеля, охватывая Consumer SGP.22, SGP.41 (IFPP) и M2M SGP.02.
• Преобразовывать требования GSMA, потребности клиентов и коммерческие приоритеты в понятные требования для инженерных команд.
• Определять и приоритизировать инициативы дорожной карты для повышения надежности и управляемости загрузки eSIM профиля.
• Сотрудничать с инженерией, архитектурой, безопасностью, операциями и коммерческими подразделениями для реализации масштабируемых возможностей RSP.
• Управлять решениями продукта вокруг SM-DP+, SM-DS, LPA, API и порталов там, где это применимо к портфелю RSP.
• Готовить к выходу на рынок новые функции через документацию, операционные процессы и поддержку стейкхолдеров.
• Контролировать качество бэклога, объем релиза и критерии приемки на фоне распределенных команд.
• Следить за рынком eSIM, эволюцией GSMA-стандартов, требованиями комплаенса и предложениями конкурентов.

You will lead product strategy and execution for 1GLOBAL's RSP portfolio, shaping roadmap priorities across Consumer SGP.22, SGP.41 (IFPP), and M2M SGP.02 capabilities while ensuring the platform remains reliable, compliant, commercially relevant, and ready for market.

Experience managing or using an RSP platform, particularly SGP.22, from a vendor, carrier, or MVNO perspective Product management experience for technical platforms, APIs, telecom products Ability to translate technical standards and customer needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria Experience owning product strategy, roadmap prioritisation, and release scope for complex platform capabilities Strong understanding of SM-DP+, SM-SR, SM-DS, LPA, eUICC, EID, and eSIM profile lifecycle concepts Proven ability to partner closely with engineering, architecture, security, operations, and commercial stakeholders Experience defining product success metrics for reliability, activation, lifecycle performance, adoption, or operational quality Strong backlog management skills, including trade-off decisions across competing technical and commercial priorities Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to executive, commercial, operational, and engineering audiences Experience delivering products in regulated, standards-driven, or security-sensitive environments

Direct experience with GSMA certification, compliance, or interoperability processes for eSIM/RSP products; Experience with mobile operator integrations, MVNO/MVNE platforms, or global connectivity services; Familiarity with SM-DP+ and SM-SR vendor ecosystems, platform migrations, or operational tooling; Experience shaping APIs, developer portals, self-service portals, or B2B platform experiences; Knowledge of adjacent GSMA eSIM standards such as SGP.31 / SGP.32; Familiarity with SIM, eUICC, OTA, PKI, certificate, or secure profile management concepts; Experience working with distributed engineering teams across multiple countries or time zones; Exposure to enterprise IoT, automotive, consumer device, or connected device provisioning use cases
