JoomPulse, an AI analytics tool in the Joom Group, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own retention across all surfaces: SaaS platform, Chrome Extension, MCP and Joom.ai. You’ll work with numbers daily and craft solutions where no playbook exists.

You’ll collaborate with teams across Portugal, Brazil, Latvia and China to build onboarding, dashboards and analytics for releases, including the mobile app, while shaping the subscription lineup and data-driven strategy.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and a habit of making decisions based on numbers.
• Hands-on daily use of AI tools, beyond basic prompting.
• Ownership: readiness to take an area and drive it without a ready-made playbook.
• Curiosity and drive to dig into a new domain and talk to users.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Own retention of the current product across all surfaces: SaaS platform, Chrome Extension, MCP and Joom.ai.
• Develop the MCP and agentic workflow so that sellers connect their routine processes to JoomPulse data.
• Build onboarding that brings users from the current product into MCP.
• Turn top sellers' cases into product decisions, skills and product webinars.
• Set up product analytics and dashboards for releases, including the newly launched mobile app.
• Support the subscription line-up: free tier, Diamond, Ultra, Bundle and the new Enterprise plan.
• Take ownership of loosely defined problems and drive them end to end.
