We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst within the “Search & Recommendations” domain, working closely with ML engineers, software developers, and product managers. You will be supported by a strong analytics team that you can tap into for complex challenges, as well as a sophisticated internal tooling stack: an in-house A/B experimentation platform, a proprietary conversational analytics tool, a suite of MCPs and AI agents for routine workflows, high-quality data in BigQuery and Spark, and a transparent ETL pipeline built with Airflow and dbt.
This role is for someone who wants to be an owner of metrics and a driver of decisions within the domain: rethinking what “good search” means for us (from relevance to search success), independently uncovering insights and driving ideas all the way to production.
