Air Apps, founded in Lisbon in 2018, is scaling its AI-powered PRP product with a focus on monetization across mobile apps. The Monetization Specialist will own subscription and ad monetization strategies, pricing, paywalls, and retention initiatives.

You'll work with design and engineering, run experiments, analyze user behavior, and optimize flows to maximize revenue while preserving a great user experience. The role is fully onsite in Lisbon with relocation support.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in mobile app monetization, subscriptions and/or ads.
• Strong understanding of in-app purchases and paywalls.
• Experience with ad monetization platforms and A/B testing tools.
• Analytical skills in cohort analysis and revenue modelling.
• Familiarity with App Store Connect and Apple monetization policies.
• Collaborative mindset across product, design and engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze trends and competitor strategies to identify monetization opportunities.
• Design and implement monetization strategies to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to implement monetization features.
• Create user segmentation and hypotheses for monetization experiments.
• Model financial opportunities and outcomes for monetization initiatives.
• Set up and manage subscriptions and pricing tiers on App Store Connect.
• Experiment with paywall layouts to optimize conversions.
• Develop win-back strategies for lapsed users and reduce churn.
• Ensure monetization does not harm user experience and document results.
