Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Trip Marketing to lead cross-sell and recommendation design across all user touchpoints. You’ll partner with engineers, researchers, and product managers to craft interactions that feel human, helpful, and seamless.

This hands-on role requires setting UX strategy, driving complex design initiatives, and delivering scalable experiences grounded in user needs. A strong portfolio and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products.
• Create visually stunning, intuitive interfaces and pixel-perfect UI.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and problem solving through user interfaces.
• Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research including user interviews.
• Own the design process for a dedicated scrum from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery phases and help define product requirements.
• Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback.
• Present work to peers and leadership, async and in-person.
• Take part in weekly design critiques, workshops, all-hands, and squad meetings.
• Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design across products.
