Hostaway is looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the mobile experience for property managers, vacation rental hosts, and guests. This fully remote role requires collaboration across the EMEA region, shaping features that help users manage bookings, message guests, and resolve issues on the go.

You'll drive the end-to-end design lifecycle for iOS and Android, lead AI-augmented discovery and prototyping, evolve the design system, and partner with product and engineering to deliver

Qualificações

• 7+ years designing complex digital products, with shipped, native mobile (iOS and Android) work.
• Deep expertise in mobile UX/UI craft, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and platform-specific patterns. Proficient in interactive prototyping; Claude Code used as design process source.
• Demonstrated fluency using AI tools across the design thinking process: research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and validation, with sound judgment for when to apply them.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end mobile design for iOS and Android, from strategic discovery through native UI delivery and implementation support.
• Run an AI-augmented design thinking process, using AI to accelerate research synthesis, concept exploration, prototyping, and validation while applying senior judgment at every decision point.
• Turn user and business insight into on-the-go mobile experiences that measurably improve adoption, retention, and growth for property managers and their guests.
• Evolve Hostaway's mobile design system and raise the bar on quality, accessibility, and craft across the apps.
• Shape the mobile product strategy. Spot opportunities in research and data, define a roadmap of high-impact design bets, and champion the user in decisions about what we build next.
