Job summary

Tabby is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the Consumer Experience in the BNPL stream, from checkout to post-purchase. You will design flows across online, in-app, and in-store, balancing conversion, clarity, and trust for customers worldwide.

You’ll partner with PMs, engineers, and a UX researcher to ship end-to-end design solutions, while applying AI tools to prototype, map edge cases, and synthesize research into actionable insight.

Qualifications

• Proven experience shipping B2C products across native mobile and web.
• Strong product and systems thinking with ability to justify decisions beyond UI.
• High craft standards in visual and interaction design; ability to ship production-ready UI.

Responsibilities

• Own the BNPL Consumer Experience end-to-end, from checkout to post-purchase.
• Understand the product logic behind every flow and its edge cases.
• Collaborate with PMs to reframing problems into designs that improve metrics.
• Run experiments on high-traffic checkout flows and iterate on results.
• Validate ideas with quick research, data, and customer feedback.
• Design for native app, mobile web, desktop web and in-store with country-specific rules.
• Leverage AI tools for prototyping, ideation, and research synthesis.
• Coordinate with engineers and participate in design reviews to ensure quality.
