Job summary

Salve.Lab is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its fully remote R&D team. You will own end-to-end product design for a large-scale consumer platform, focusing on mobile-first experiences, AI-powered interactions, and monetisation journeys.

Collaborating with the Design Lead, PMs and founders, you will translate business goals into engaging interfaces and scalable design systems, while driving initiatives from concept through launch in a fast-paced, fully distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in end-to-end consumer product design.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with a strategic mindset.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating modern, high‑quality UIs across real consumer products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and strong prototyping capabilities.
• Experience daily with AI tools for design, prototyping or content generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design across conversational experiences, character creation, monetisation journeys and user growth features.
• Design innovative product experiences with live interactions and AI-generated video.
• Lead with Design Lead, PMs and founders to define product direction and translate business goals into user experiences.
• Own assigned product areas and drive design initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Translate strategic requirements into UI patterns and visual designs.
• Create mobile-first experiences for a large international audience.
• Develop polished UI designs, prototypes, flows and design specifications.
• Contribute to the full design lifecycle: ideation to delivery.
• Apply modern design principles to improve usability, engagement and conversion.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate exploration and content generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Explore new interaction models and AI-powered experiences.
• Maintain visual consistency and high design craftsmanship.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
