Job summary

Tabby is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its B2B division and shape onboarding, activation, and partner-management flows. You’ll transform a document-heavy, regulated process into a clear, guided experience for partners to submit documents, get reviewed, and activate financial products.

Collaborate with PMs, researchers, writers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end design in a remote, globally oriented setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience in complex, logic-heavy products.
• Strong systems thinking for multi-step flows, states, and rules.
• Ability to simplify a dense, regulated process for user navigation.
• Strong product thinking aligning business goals with partner needs.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from problem framing to production UI.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams: PMs, researchers, writers, engineers.
• High craft standards and care for user-facing details.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end onboarding and activation flows for business partners.
• Turn document-heavy onboarding into guided, error-free experiences.
• Design activation experiences for financial products with clear value.
• Create tools for partners to manage their organizational structures, teams, roles, permissions.
• Collaborate with PMs to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Partner with UX Researchers to validate assumptions with real partners.
• Work with UX Writer to ensure content is readable.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure quality in production.
