Pennylane is seeking a Senior Product Design Manager for the Financial Services track. You will lead a design team, coach a Design Manager, and translate priorities into an actionable experience strategy, ensuring cohesive customer journeys aligned with acquisition and revenue goals.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Brand to elevate end-to-end experiences and participate in shared Design System initiatives. Fluency in French and English is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading product design teams in fast-moving environments.
• Experience coaching design managers through their first leadership role.
• Ability to tie customer experience decisions to product strategy and business outcomes.
• Strong track record of improving end-to-end digital experiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead, support, and develop a team of four Product Designers and one Design Manager.
• Set clear design direction and translate priorities into actionable experience strategy.
• Raise quality and coherence of customer experiences across Financial Services.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing to drive acquisition and revenue goals.
• Guide designers through complex challenges and foster measurable impact.
• Represent Financial Services in Brand and Design System initiatives.
