Job summary

CTS Group in Lisboa, Portugal is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement and supply chain activities for MV/HV substations across Norway, Finland, and Portugal. You will drive end-to-end procure-to-pay, align with bid, design, project, and finance teams, and build a robust supplier network while managing risks and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, SCM, Business or related field.
• CIPS qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years in procurement or supply chain with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience procuring electrical equipment and subcontracts for MV/HV substations or energy infra projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies, policies and procedures.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes and supplier negotiations.
• Manage sourcing, tendering, and contract awards.
• Oversee supply chain, expediting, logistics and risk mitigation.
• Lead and develop procurement team and track spend against budgets.
