CTS Group seeks a Procurement Manager to lead procurement and supply chain activities for DCS Norway, covering MV/HV substation projects across Norway, Finland and Portugal. You will drive supplier base development, negotiate basis on value, and deliver end-to-end procurement, expediting and risk management.

The role requires 8+ years in procurement with 3+ years in leadership, strong English, and experience with electrical equipment and frameworks. International travel applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field; CIPS a plus.
• Minimum 8 years in procurement or supply chain, 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience sourcing electrical equipment for MV/HV projects is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to negotiate high-value supply agreements and frameworks.
• Experience building procurement processes in growing organisations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement procurement strategy, policies and procedures.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes from specification to award.
• Negotiate terms to ensure best value for price, time and quality.
• Oversee expediting, deliveries and close-out across Norway, Finland and Portugal.
• Manage supplier performance and supplier risk; drive continuous improvement.
• Build and develop the procurement team as the function grows.
