Access Talent Group in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement and supply chain operations for major MV/HV substation EPC projects across Northern Europe.

Based in Lisbon, this role offers strategic ownership of procurement strategy, supplier relationships, and high-value negotiations, with travel to project sites and suppliers across Europe, and a clear path to Head of Procurement as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in procurement or supply chain management.
• Experience in HV/MV substations or energy infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Leadership or managerial experience required.
• Background in EPC contracting or engineering projects.
• Proven ability to manage supplier risk and costs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Lead supplier prequalification, sourcing, and contract awards.
• Negotiate high-value equipment and subcontract terms.
• Manage delivery schedules, logistics, and FAT coordination.
• Build and lead a procurement team across Europe.
