CTS Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer to manage electrical infrastructure equipment procurement for HV/MV substations across the Scandinavian market. You will support engineering and project teams, sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring delivery aligned with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.

Key responsibilities include RFQ preparation, technical bid evaluation, supplier qualification, FAT coordination, and procurement execution,

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Procurement, Engineering Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement of electrical infrastructure equipment.
• Experience procuring HV/MV substation equipment.
• Experience managing supplier negotiations and procurement processes.
• Experience coordinating procurement activities with engineering teams and EPC/EPCM projects.

• Prepare procurement plans aligned with project schedules and engineering requirements.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers for HV/MV electrical infrastructure equipment.
• Coordinate procurement activities with engineering and project management teams.
• Monitor procurement schedules and supplier performance.

• Coordinate FATs and delivery logistics; ensure documentation aligned with requirements.
