SingleStore is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to optimize and scale our managed service across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. You will work at the intersection of cutting-edge cloud-native infrastructure and a fast-growing distributed database.

This role emphasizes automation, monitoring, and performance tuning. You will join a globally distributed team, reduce manual toil, and improve reliability through proactive RCA and on-call responsiveness.

Qualificações

• Infrastructure automation experience.
• Kubernetes expertise and container ecosystem.
• Strong collaboration and communication.
• Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop automation platform to manage infrastructure rollouts across cloud providers.
• Optimize telemetry platform to identify customer impacting events while providing relevant data to drive debugging.
• Partner with engineering to optimize performance of services for cloud architecture.
• Debug Live Site events and conduct follow-up postmortem and RCA analysis.
• Participate in an SLA-driven on-call rotation, including after-hours, weekend, and rotating holiday participation.
