Unknown leads an international SaaS technology organisation to hire a Senior Platform DevOps Engineer who will shape cloud platforms and the developer experience for a suite of business-critical SaaS products used worldwide.

You will design scalable platform engineering solutions, build an Internal Developer Platform, and drive CI/CD automation while ensuring observability, security, and cost optimisation across Kubernetes-based cloud environments.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
• GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Internal Developer Platforms (Backstage, Crossplane or similar).
• Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry and modern observability practices.
• DevSecOps, policy-as-code, secrets management and compliance automation.
• Platform governance, DORA metrics and developer productivity initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable platform engineering solutions.
• Build and evolve an Internal Developer Platform (IDP).
• Develop Golden Paths, reusable templates, and self-service developer capabilities.
• Define and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Design and operate Kubernetes-based cloud platforms.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Improve platform reliability, observability, security, and cost optimisation.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Security, Operations, and Architecture teams.
• Drive platform engineering standards and engineering best practices.
