HumanIT Digital Consulting is seeking a Platform Engineer (Kubernetes/CI-CD) for a hybrid Porto role. You will help build and run the internal developer platform with ownership from design to production, shaping tooling and deployment patterns at scale.

You will work on CI/CD, environments, observability, and capacity, with a strong focus on improving developer experience and reliability in collaboration with SRE teams.

Qualificações

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering, SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering, including production systems.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and command-line confidence.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience in production with workloads, networking, RBAC, observability, troubleshooting.
• Solid scripting and automation in Python, Go, or TypeScript; CI/CD systems knowledge (GitLab CI/CD); IaC tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Build, evolve, and operate the internal developer platform and golden-path tooling end-to-end.
• Improve developer experience by reducing friction, accelerating pipelines, and enhancing local development.
• Partner with SRE on reliability contracts, incidents, and on-call handoffs; define platform standards.
• Write design documents and contribute to the platform team's roadmap.
