Job summary

Quanteam - Portugal (Rainbow Partners Group) in Lisbon seeks a Senior PL SQL Developer to lead Oracle PL/SQL design, development and optimization within banking and financial services projects.

The role involves coordinating technical projects, delivering on milestones, and providing Level 3 production support in a hybrid Lisbon-based environment with health insurance and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 years of professional experience.
• Strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL performance tuning and Oracle database optimization.
• Experience with system design, application integration and cloud technologies.
• Good knowledge of Java and Spring Batch.
• Knowledge of Perl and/or Python is a plus.
• Experience with software development, maintenance, refactoring and application architecture.
• Understanding of security standards, code quality and application lifecycle management.
• Experience working in technical/project environments and collaborating with multiple teams.
• Banking/financial industry experience is a plus.
• Fluent English (minimum C1), written and spoken.
• French is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of rigor, autonomy, responsiveness, initiative and curiosity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in multicultural/global teams.

This role offers a gross annual salary between 38.500€ to 60.500€, defined according to the candidate's experience and competencies. Permanent contract (CTI). Health Insurance.
