UNIT4 NV in Portugal seeks a Performance & Optimisation Consultant to tune Unit4 Financials by Coda, both before and after go-live. You will troubleshoot performance issues across new and existing implementations, covering technical and application aspects.

You will develop enhanced monitoring, proactive detection and remediation, plus ongoing performance tuning to maintain optimal levels. This fully remote role may require occasional in-person meetings when needed.

• Performance tuning of Unit4 Financials by Coda Pre and Post Go Live.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across new implementations (Project) and existing implementations (BAU) of Unit4 Financials by Coda, this includes Technical and Application aspects.
• Develop enhanced, proactive monitoring, detection and remediation of performance issues.
• Develop proactive, continuous performance tuning and processes to maintain optimal performance levels.
• Comply with the Company's information security requirements and all Company business procedures and policies.

Team Context

• One of three in the U4F by Coda team, alongside a Senior Performance & Optimisation Consultant and a Database Administrator.
• Together you deliver proactive performance and technical support before and after go live.

Location

- this role is fully remote. Occasional customer visits may be required, so candidates should be comfortable traveling for in-person meetings when needed.
