Unit4 is seeking a remote Senior Performance & Optimisation Specialist to tune Unit4 Financials by Coda and drive proactive performance improvements across Go-Live and BAU environments.

You will troubleshoot complex performance issues, develop monitoring and remediation capabilities, and ensure security and operational standards are met. This role supports a globally distributed customer base and collaborates with a small, focused team.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of Unit4 Financials by Coda (mandatory).
• 5+ years in customer success and performance optimisation.
• Hands-on use of AI productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot.
• AI-enabled productivity improvement and automation opportunities.
• Database-centric, web-enabled environment experience.
• Ability to perform database tuning with SQL queries, indexes, statistics and views.
• Understanding of database replication.
• Understanding of web services and extension kit flows.
• Experience with Java-based applications and containers (JBOSS, WildFly).
• Experience deploying systems into SaaS Azure infrastructures.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and basic networking concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Performance tuning of Unit4 Financials by Coda, pre- and post-go-live.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across new and existing implementations.
• Develop enhanced monitoring, detection and remediation of performance issues.
• Proactive continuous performance tuning and processes to maintain optimal performance.
• Comply with information security requirements and company policies.
