AgileEngine in Portugal (Coimbra) seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead performance marketing for our US client market. Google Ads will be core, with growth across AI-powered channels, analytics, and experimentation.

You will mentor a PPC specialist and help grow into a broader Performance Marketing Lead role, driving demand and contributing to funnel optimization.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of PPC/Performance Marketing experience.
• Strong hands-on Google Ads expertise.
• Hands-on experience with the US B2B market.
• Experience managing campaigns independently with meaningful budgets.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, attribution and funnel analytics.
• Experience with GA4 and CRM data is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actions.
• Able to explain what happened, why, and what to do next.
• Experience with testing and optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, independent and curious about new channels/tech.
• Experience mentoring marketers or potential for people management.
• Upper-intermediate English; Ukrainian C2.

Responsabilidades

• Work with GA4, CRM, dashboards and data to identify growth opportunities.
• Build hypotheses, run experiments, analyze results, and scale what works.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics and Marketing Operations.
• Explore new channels and experiment with AI tools and LLM-based ads.
• Contribute to performance strategy, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Mentor and manage a PPC specialist; support development and performance.
• Help build scalable performance marketing processes and best practices.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Inbound Marketing team and take ownership of performance marketing for our US Client Market. Google Ads will be your core expertise, but the role goes beyond PPC execution. You'll work across paid acquisition, the full B2B funnel, analytics, experimentation, and emerging AI-powered channels. You'll also mentor a PPC specialist and have an opportunity to grow into a broader Performance Marketing Lead role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own performance marketing for our US B2B market, focusing on generating high-quality leads and contributing to the sales pipeline.
• Own and optimize Google Ads and other paid acquisition channels.
• Manage and develop acquisition through Clutch, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan campaigns, budgets, targeting, testing, and optimization.
• Monitor performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Analyze the full B2B funnel from traffic and leads to qualified opportunities and clients.
• Work with GA4, CRM, dashboards, and campaign data to identify growth opportunities.
• Build hypotheses, run experiments, analyze results, and scale what works.
• Work closely with Content, SEO, Analytics and Marketing Operations.
• Explore new acquisition channels and experiment with AI tools, automation, and AI/LLM-based advertising, including emerging platforms such as ChatGPT.
• Contribute to performance strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Mentor and manage a PPC specialist, supporting their development and performance.
• Help build scalable performance marketing processes and best practices.

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads.
• Hands-on experience with the US B2B market is required.
• Experience managing campaigns independently and working with meaningful budgets.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics.
• Experience with GA4 and ideally CRM data.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear actions.
• Ability to explain what happened, why it happened, and what to do next.
• Experience with testing and performance optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, independent, and curious about new channels and technologies.
• Experience mentoring other marketers, or a strong interest in developing as a people manager.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
• Ukrainian C2 level.

• Experience with Clutch or similar B2B lead-generation platforms.
