AgileEngine in Portugal is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our inbound marketing, focusing on the US client market with a core emphasis on Google Ads and PPC.

You will drive full funnel optimization, collaborate with Content, SEO and Analytics, mentor a PPC specialist, test new channels including AI-powered approaches, and help scale performance programs across platforms.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads.
• Hands-on experience with the US B2B market is required.
• Experience managing campaigns independently and with meaningful budgets.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics.
• Experience with GA4 and ideally CRM data.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear actions.
• Ability to explain what happened, why it happened, and what to do next.
• Experience with testing and performance optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, independent, and curious about new channels and technologies.
• Experience mentoring other marketers, or a strong interest in developing as a people manager.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance marketing for our US B2B market, generating high-quality leads and contributing to the sales pipeline.
• Own and optimize Google Ads and other paid acquisition channels.
• Manage and develop acquisition through Clutch, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan campaigns, budgets, targeting, testing, and optimization.
• Monitor performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Analyze the full B2B funnel from traffic and leads to qualified opportunities and clients.
• Work with GA4, CRM data, dashboards and campaign data to identify growth opportunities.
• Build hypotheses, run experiments, analyze results, and scale what works.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics and Marketing Operations.
• Explore new acquisition channels and experiment with AI tools, automation, and AI/LLM-based advertising.
• Contribute to performance strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Mentor and manage a PPC specialist, supporting development and performance.
• Help build scalable performance marketing processes and best practices.
