ACE OF PERFORMANCE | Group is seeking a driven Performance Media Buyer in Lisbon to plan and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You’ll work across markets to attract high-quality leads and users while embracing data-driven optimization.

You will analyse performance, collaborate with clients to set meaningful goals, and contribute fresh ideas and creative thinking. The role offers a flexible hybrid setup and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• A degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or similar.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and results-driven attitude.
• Excellent Excel skills are a plus.
• Creative, energetic, and comfortable with AI tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

The Role

We're searching for a passionate Performance Media Buyer who loves the challenge of creating and fine-tuning online campaigns that actually work. You'll be working across different markets, using either Google's or Meta's paid media ecosystem (or both!) to bring in new leads and users for a variety of products. If you enjoy mixing strategy with data-driven thinking and living inside Google Ads or Meta Ads all day, this could be your perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing and optimising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and/or Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), depending on your area of expertise
• Diving into Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign reports to uncover what's working (and what could work better)
• Collaborating with clients to map out winning paid media strategies and set goals that matter
• Bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to everything we do

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or something similar
• At least one year of hands-on experience with Google Ads OR Meta Ads
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Meta Ads Manager is a big plusAn analytical mind and a drive to deliver results
