AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid acquisition for our US client market, with Google Ads at the core and a broader B2B funnel focus. You’ll also mentor a PPC specialist and collaborate across analytics, content, and marketing operations.

Drive campaigns, plans, budgets, and experiments; leverage GA4 and CRM data to refine funnel performance and scale what works. Remote/office options available.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads.
• Experience with US B2B market is required.
• Experience managing campaigns independently and with meaningful budgets.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics.
• Experience with GA4 and CRM data.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actions.
• Ability to explain what happened, why, and next steps.
• Experience with testing and optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, independent, curious about new channels/techs.
• Experience mentoring marketers or interest in people management.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
• Ukrainian C2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance marketing for US B2B market; generate high-quality leads and support sales pipeline.
• Own and optimize Google Ads and other paid channels.
• Manage acquisition through Clutch, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Plan campaigns, budgets, targeting, testing, and optimization.
• Monitor performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Analyze full B2B funnel from traffic to qualified opportunities and clients.
• Work with GA4, CRM, dashboards, and data to identify growth opportunities.
• Build hypotheses, run experiments, analyze results, and scale what works.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics and Marketing Operations.
• Explore new channels and AI/LLM-based advertising; experiment with AI tools.
• Contribute to performance strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Mentor and manage a PPC specialist; support development and performance.
• Help build scalable performance marketing processes and best practices.
