Job summary

We are seeking a Performance & Growth Marketer for a fully remote role based in Portugal. You will own paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, driving profitable growth for DTC/eCommerce brands.

You will develop testing strategies, manage large budgets, analyze CAC/LTV/ROAS, and translate data into actionable business recommendations for founders and senior stakeholders. Collaboration with growth, creative, and CRO teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Experience scaling significant paid media budgets with clear commercial impact.
• In-house or brand-side DTC/eCommerce background preferred.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, contribution margin, payback periods.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Develop and execute structured testing across channels, assets, audiences, offers, and funnels.
• Monitor performance, diagnose inefficiencies, identify growth opportunities, and improve profitability.
• Analyze CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, and P&L impact; connect ads to revenue and margins.
• Build forecasts, budgets, and reporting; contribute to attribution and incrementality.
