Randstad Portugal is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to support the EMEA payroll function from Lisbon. You will work with the Director, Shared Services-Payroll, and partner with Regional teams to complete pay cycles, tax and reporting tasks, while driving process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of EMEA payroll, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. English proficiency and discretion are required.

Responsabilidades

  • Expertise with completion and analysis of EMEA payroll, benefits, and tax procedures. Partner with the Senior Payroll Analyst and Regional People Team to ensure processing of new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations is accurate and timely.
  • Coordinate with Local Service Providers and regional staff regarding payroll data.
  • Assist in ensuring commission and bonus entries are accurately recorded.
  • Calculate and record additional statutory payments on time.
  • Assist with year-end processing and distribution of tax statements for each country.
  • Partner with Senior Payroll Analyst to recommend and participate in department projects to improve processes.

Our client is a renowned multinational company which is looking for a senior payroll analyst

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst who will report to the Director, Shared Services-Payroll, within our Finance Department. This is a supporting position of the payroll function in the EMEA region, responsible for day-to-day administration, partnering with the Payroll Analyst in EMEA and APAC for the pay cycle through completion of related tax and reporting requirements. As a member of the payroll team, this individual will partner with our Finance and Regional People Team, effecting change and completing special projects aligned with company-wide goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong knowledge of EMEA payroll processes, focused attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and multitask, absolute discretion, and strong collaboration skills.
