Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Ads & Funnel Specialist based in Portugal. This hands-on role focuses on paid acquisition, high-ticket funnels, tracking, and optimization.

You’ll manage Meta and Google Ads, explore TikTok, and create repeatable SOPs for scaling marketing operations. Remote with international opportunities and an independent contractor arrangement. Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on paid advertising experience.
• Advanced practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience building high-ticket funnels and tracking.
• Hands-on familiarity with GoHighLevel and CRM workflows.
• Strong written English for ad copy and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with potential TikTok exposure.
• Build and optimize high-ticket funnels and landing pages.
• Maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and UTM tracking.
• Track KPIs and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Develop ad copy, headlines, hooks, and creative testing.
• Create structured SOPs in Notion for processes.
