Jobgether seeks a User Acquisition Specialist based in Portugal to manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google for multiple client accounts. You will own campaign execution, testing, optimization, and performance analysis, communicating results to clients and internal teams.

You will collaborate with creative strategists and growth managers to translate performance signals into growth strategies, maintain account hygiene, and leverage proprietary technology to scale media

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of professional paid media or user acquisition experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Meta advertising is essential.
• Experience with TikTok and Google Ads is highly valuable.
• Experience managing seven-figure annual media budgets.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven optimization.
• Excellent presentation and client communication abilities.
• Highly organized with rigorous account hygiene and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end paid media management across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more.
• Manage campaigns across multiple client accounts with focus on performance and scalable growth.
• Monitor CPI, CAC, ROAS, payback, retention and other metrics.
• Analyze performance and diagnose changes from creative fatigue or attribution issues.
• Develop and execute structured testing strategies across audiences and creatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve media efficiency and scale programs.
• Maintain naming conventions, UTM integrity, QA checks, documentation.
• Collaborate with creatives and growth marketers to inform media decisions.
• Leverage proprietary tech to identify growth opportunities and optimize budgets.
• Prepare clear performance insights and client-ready recommendations.
• Create compelling presentations for client meetings.
