Lever, Inc. is seeking a Paid Social / Meta Ads Specialist based in Portugal to drive customer acquisition via Facebook and Instagram. You will own end-to-end campaigns, from audience strategy and creative testing to landing-page optimization and performance reporting.

The role emphasizes high-intent outcomes like leads, demos, appointments, and trials, leveraging AI-assisted workflows and cross-functional collaboration to improve funnel performance.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads management.
• Proven ability to optimize campaigns for measurable conversions.
• Experience with lead generation, demos, trials, or signups.
• Strong knowledge of Meta campaign structures, audiences, and retargeting.
• Creative testing: concepts, copy, briefs, and variations.
• Landing page optimization and conversion-focused copywriting.
• Familiarity with Pixel, Conversions API, and attribution.
• Experience with analytics/tracking platforms and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own Meta Ads strategy across Facebook and Instagram from planning to scaling.
• Build campaigns focused on lead generation, demos, appointments, and trials.
• Develop audience strategies using interest targeting, lookalikes, retargeting, and funnel segmentation.
• Manage budgets and pacing to align with lead quality and pipeline goals.
• Develop multiple creative concepts and test different hooks and formats.
• Use AI tools to accelerate creative production, copy, and testing.
• Collaborate with designers for additional creative production support.
• Establish structured testing frameworks and apply learnings to future campaigns.
• Own or support landing pages for paid campaigns and optimize for conversions.
• Maintain consistent messaging across ads, pages, forms, and booking flows.
• Implement and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and event tracking.
