Cross Border Talents is seeking a Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist to oversee the end-to-end O2C process in Porto, Portugal. You will manage order processing, billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution for a German- and English-speaking environment.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in O2C or Finance Operations, leadership experience, and strong ERP knowledge (SAP or Oracle), plus advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years of experience in O2C, AR, or Finance Operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Fluent German and advanced English (C1 level).
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist

I am looking for an experienced Senior O2C Specialist to oversee the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including order management, billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution. The role involves managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring financial compliance, improving operational efficiency, preparing financial reports, and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

5–7 years of experience in O2C, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Fluent German and advanced English (C1 level).

Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

Offer:€1,850 gross monthly salary.

Food allowance of €7.63 per working day

.Relocation support, including shared accommodation for up to 12 months (flight tickets not included).

Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, with weekends off initially.

On-site work in Porto, Portugal.

Note: Working hours may change to a 24/7 rotating shift schedule in the future.
