• Advanced English fluency (C1 level or higher).
• Proven experience managing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Operations Supervisors, ensuring exceptional service delivery and achievement of performance goals.

• Resolve escalated customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a high standard of service.
