Concentrix is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a group of Operations Managers and Team Leaders in Lisbon. The role focuses on coaching, supervising, and developing staff while ensuring client relationships are strong and service levels are met.

The position requires English at C1 level, a strong track record in progressive management, and the ability to drive performance improvements across multiple programs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• English C1 level required.
• Associate's Degree preferred; more than ten years of experience with two to four years of progressive management experience.
• Ability to coach and develop action plans to maximize performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and grow program revenue and profitability, including margins, billing, seat utilization and retention.
• Provide leadership to managers and team leaders; coach, develop and manage performance.
• Ensure training, staff development and employee relations programs are effective.
• Monitor and improve client service levels and contract compliance.
• Oversee client relationships and facilitate open communications with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Development to expand new business opportunities.
