cnx is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a team of Operations Managers and Team Leaders in Lisbon. The role focuses on coaching, performance management, client relationship stewardship, and ensuring service levels and financial targets are achieved.

You will drive staff development, oversee vendor and client interactions, and partner with business units to expand capabilities and improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• English C1 level is mandatory.
• Associate's Degree preferred with substantial management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and supervise a group of Operations Managers and Team Leaders.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and seat utilization across programs.
• Develop staff through training, performance management, and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
