Job summary

BNP Paribas Portugal is seeking a Senior OPC Corporate Officer to reinforce 1LoD Permanent Control and Risk management practices within the Wealth Management line. You will support governance, RCSA, control design and rollout across OPC community and local entities.

Reporting to the Head of PIMH OPC and, functionally, to the Chief Conduct and Control Officer in Paris, you will drive training, reporting and remediation actions while collaborating with Paris, Compliance, Risk and WM functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Finance, Banking or Risk Management.
• 5+ years of experience in Permanent Control, Compliance, Audit or Risk Management.
• Experience in Financial Services or Private Banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Implement Group policy related to Operational Permanent Control Framework within Wealth Management.
• Ensure 1LoD efficacy across Permanent Control, RCSA processes and risk management activities.
• Update the 1LoD Control Plan aligned with Group and 2LoD plans.
• Coordinate RCSA rollout, risk identification and KPI controls (KSPs).
• Deliver/coordinate procedures management and governance across the OPC community.
