Job summary

BNP Paribas Portugal seeks an Operational Risk Officer to contribute to the deployment of the operational risk framework for Leasing Solutions. You will participate in major transformations and reinforce the 2nd line of defence across global processes.

The role requires advanced English, strong analytical skills, and experience in technology risk and risk governance. Hybrid remote work and equipment allowance are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting or related field.
• Advanced English skills required (written and spoken).
• Knowledge in Technological Risk and MS Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to challenge the status quo and propose practical solutions.
• Strong networking ability and ability to manage/facilitate meetings.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to deployment of the operational risk management framework for Leasing Solutions.
• Participate in major transformation programs related to regulatory provisions and risk controls.
• Ensure understanding and implementation of risk regulations, guidelines, and methodologies.
• Perform second line controls and independent analysis.
• Support governance and reporting of operational risk to executives.
