Job summary

Ergomed is seeking a Senior Oncology Strategy Lead to drive competitive award strategies in oncology for global opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead key client discussions to secure repeat business, contributing to pre-award excellence and strategic marketing efforts.

The role emphasizes senior leadership within a CRO with oncology expertise, engaging with executives and clients across global markets, including pre-award and business development activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in a life science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive CRO clinical research experience with oncology focus.
• Senior-level oversight experience and customer relations skills.
• Experience in an oncology strategy position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop competitive strategies for potential awards in oncology and related indications, leveraging expertise and capabilities to meet client needs in pre-award activities.
• Lead oncology strategist for awarded opportunities and support other oncology strategists as needed.
• Co-lead bid defense preparations with Business Development and participate in client meetings with relevant senior staff.
• Develop strong relationships with clients’ decision makers to drive repeat business in oncology opportunities.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Clinical Operations, Data Management, Statistics, Regulatory and Safety across opportunities.
• Support cross-functional teams to enhance client relations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by participating in conferences and creating content such as webinars and white papers.
