Amgen Inc. seeks a Clinical Scientist Director for Early Development in Oncology to translate strategy into executable clinical programs. You will lead protocol execution, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with regulatory alignment across trials.

You will guide CROs, oversee study concepts and protocols, and contribute to medical monitoring while ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Basic qualifications include a Doctorate with 4+ years in life sciences/healthcare, OR a Master’s with 7+ years, OR a Bachelor’s with 9+ years.

Responsabilidades

• Translate scientific and clinical strategy into actionable execution across clinical trials.
• Provide hands-on oversight of protocol execution, data review, and data quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure trials align with protocol, regulatory expectations, and Amgen standards.
• Guide collaborators/CROs in key projects and manage cross-functional study governance.
• Develop concepts, protocols and related documents ensuring study integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Review trial data for accuracy, completeness and adherence to protocol.

Formação académica

PhD/Doctorate degree
