CloserHire is partnering with a global insulin delivery leader to recruit a German-speaking Senior O2C Specialist in Porto, Portugal. You will oversee the full Order-to-Cash cycle, drive process improvements, and lead a team to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and compliant financial controls.

The role requires 5–7 years in O2C/AR with supervisory experience, strong German (C1) and English, ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday), plus a mix of strategic and hands-on duties.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5–7 years of experience in O2C, AR, or Finance operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Fluency in German (C1) and strong English communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage O2C operations across order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.
• Review AR aging and drive strategies to reduce DSO and improve collections.
• Mentor junior O2C staff and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Treasury and Tax teams.
