CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology to recruit a German-speaking Senior O2C Specialist in Porto. You will manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle, lead a team, and drive process improvements to optimize working capital while ensuring compliance.

You'll review AR aging, resolve disputes, negotiate terms, and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Treasury, and Tax.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years in O2C, AR, or Finance with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes, controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday).
• Fluent German (C1) and strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage O2C operations including order management, billing, collections, cash application and dispute resolution.
• Review AR aging and implement strategies to reduce DSO and improve collections.
• Ensure compliance with Audit/SOX/internal controls, IFRS, and tax regulations.
• Drive process automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements.
• Mentor and train junior O2C specialists and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Treasury, and Tax.
