Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday).

Responsibilities

• Prepare AR aging reports, drive collections, reduce DSO.
• Manage customer and internal stakeholder relationships, resolve escalated disputes, negotiate terms.
• Ensure compliance with Audit/SOX/internal controls, IFRS, and tax.
• Drive process automation, standardization, and efficiency.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing, reconciliations, reporting to management.

About the position

Join a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology, dedicated to designing, manufacturing, and selling advanced automated insulin delivery systems. This Senior O2C Specialist role is crucial for managing and overseeing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring process efficiency, compliance, and timely collections. You will play a key part in mentoring junior team members, resolving complex disputes, and driving process improvements to support business growth and optimize working capital.

Additional information

• Relocation support is provided for candidates moving to Portugal. This includes shared accommodation for up to 12 months (details discussed during the interview). Please note that flight tickets are not included.
• Relocation support within Portugal is available only for candidates from tier 1 countries (German, Nordics, and Dutch speaking backgrounds).
• A food allowance of 7.63€ per working day is provided as a complexity bonus.
