Banco Finantia is seeking a Network & Telecommunications Administrator to manage and optimize LAN, WAN and Wi‑Fi infrastructures, ensuring availability, security and performance. You will monitor networks, analyze logs and support VoIP and call recording systems to keep services resilient.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, QoS and Cisco equipment, with CCNA/CCNP preferred and English fluency.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Networks or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in network administration and telecommunications.
• Proven experience in managing and supporting network and telecommunications environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, STP, VRRP and QoS.
• Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification (preferred).
• Experience with Cisco equipment and network monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of VoIP solutions and call recording systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Spanish (preferred).
• Strong organizational, planning and teamwork skills.
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi networks for high availability, security and performance.
• Continuously monitor network infrastructures to identify and resolve issues.

• Create and maintain telephone extensions and user profiles.

Ensure the reliability and performance of critical network and telecommunications infrastructures

Your impact

You will operate at the core of the Bank's network and telecommunications environment, contributing to:

• The administration and maintenance of LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi networks, ensuring high levels of availability, security and performance;
• The continuous monitoring of network infrastructures, proactively identifying connectivity issues and ensuring their timely resolution;
• The analysis of logs, alerts and performance metrics to prevent failures and optimize infrastructure efficiency;
• The management and support of VoIP and call recording solutions, ensuring their reliability and operational effectiveness;
• The creation, configuration and maintenance of telephone extensions and user profiles;
• The implementation and monitoring of quality of service (QoS) standards for voice and video communications;
• The evaluation of new technologies and the identification of opportunities to improve and modernize network infrastructures;
• Participation in the review and evolution of network architecture, ensuring alignment with business and technological requirements;
• The preparation and maintenance of network documentation, including topologies, procedures and operational standards;
