Unipartner is seeking a Tech Lead .NET to provide technical leadership across development teams in Lisbon. You will deliver scalable, secure solutions using Microsoft technologies and Azure, shaping technical strategy and engineering standards.

You will mentor teams, guide complex initiatives, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with business objectives and Unipartner's technology direction.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Experience with Azure cloud development and cloud-native services.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and implementation of Azure/.NET solutions.
• Act as hands-on technical leader to accelerate delivery and guide decisions.
• Analyze requirements and define the best technical approach.
• Support architecture design and technology decisions across projects.
• Ensure solutions use appropriate technologies, frameworks and practices.
• Remove impediments and facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Plan, estimate, and coordinate development tasks and deliverables.
• Coach, mentor, and support team members.
• Perform code reviews and enforce engineering standards.
• Promote quality, scalability, security, observability, and maintainability.
