LUZA Group in Portugal is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop and deploy scalable .NET backends and modern frontends using React and Next.js. You will lead architectural discussions, build RESTful APIs, and mentor peers while delivering robust, secure software.

You'll work with CMS/DXP platforms like Optimizely or Umbraco, drive CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and optimize performance across SQL/NoSQL databases. A proactive mindset and strong English communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Solid experience developing applications with C# .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Experience across backend and frontend technologies, especially React and Next.js.
• Hands-on with CMS/DXP platforms such as Optimizely, Umbraco or similar.
• Strong technical leadership skills and ability to guide architectural decisions.
• Experience designing scalable architectures and microservices-based applications.
• Understanding of performance optimization, dependency management and best practices.
• Confident with SQL and NoSQL databases and REST APIs.
• Familiar with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Proactive problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher) and able to work in international environments.

• Mentor and support developers, fostering technical excellence across the team.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
