Decskill, part of the Astek Group, is seeking a seasoned .NET Tech Lead for a hybrid project. You will lead architecture decisions while staying hands-on with C#/.NET development and guide a team towards scalable, reliable solutions.

You will promote Clean Code, SOLID, and TDD practices, and collaborate with Product, QA, Architects, and DBAs across teams in Paris, with a focus on Azure services and data migration initiatives.

Qualificações

• 9+ years of experience with C#/.NET development.
• Experience in technical leadership and leading development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Software Architecture, Clean Code, SOLID and TDD.
• Experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL, Git, Gitflow and Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure Pipelines, Repos, Blob Storage, App Service and App Configuration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with development.
• Drive architecture, design and implementation decisions.
• Support the Azure cloud transition and application lifecycle evolution.
• Promote engineering best practices including Clean Code, SOLID, TDD, automation, scalability and reliability.
• Lead technical reviews and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Identify and manage technical debt and technical risks.
• Mentor developers and encourage knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Architects, DBAs and teams in Paris.
• Play a key role in the Collect.Online data migration.
• Help prepare applications for future support and decommissioning phases.

We would like to meet a .NET Tech Lead for a project with a hybrid working model:

What you'll do:

• Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with development.
• Drive architecture, design and implementation decisions.

• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, Architects, DBAs and teams in Paris.
• Play a key role in the Collect.Online data migration.
• Help prepare both applications for their future support and decommissioning phases.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience with C#/.NET development.
• Previous experience in technical leadership, mentoring or leading development teams.
• Strong experience with .NET Framework 4.8+ and .NET 8+.
• Solid knowledge of Software Architecture, Clean Code, SOLID and TDD.
• Experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL, Git, Gitflow and Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure Pipelines, Repos, Blob Storage, App Service and App Configuration.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of the full application lifecycle, including production support.
• Previous experience in banking, payments or fintech is a strong plus.
• Portuguese: B2 minimum - nice to have
