ITSector is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive delivery across national and international projects. You will guide a development team using C#, .NET, and Azure services, ensuring timely milestones and robust collaboration with stakeholders.

The role requires strong Linux/Windows architecture knowledge, hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and SonarQube, and excellent Portuguese/English communication. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar field.
• 7+ years of experience with C#, .NET and related technologies.
• Experience with Azure services and containerization.
• Experience with Git, SonarQube and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience managing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor team deliveries and manage risks; take preventive measures.
• Support the development team to reach critical milestones.
• Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Act as the main contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage the backlog and prioritise features with the Product Manager.
