ITSector is seeking an experienced software leader to drive delivery on C#/.NET projects in a hybrid Porto environment. You will mentor teams, shape technical solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders across national and international projects.

The role requires strong Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, and SQL skills, plus proven leadership and clear communication in Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

• 7+ years with C#, .NET and related tech (EF, Web APIs, REST).
• Azure experience (AKS, ServiceBus, EventHub, App Services, CI/CD, Insights).
• Git, SonarQube and Agile know-how.
• Docker and Kubernetes knowledge.
• SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL skills.
• Experience leading teams (mandatory).
• Written and spoken Portuguese and English.
• Able to meet deadlines with responsibility and integrity.
• Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor team deliveries and manage risks with preventive actions.
• Support the development team to achieve critical milestones.
• Promote continuous improvements in delivery processes with stakeholders.
• Act as main contact for internal business and external suppliers.
• Manage backlog and prioritize features with Product Manager based on feedback.
• Collaborate with technology, business, compliance and other teams.
