Jobtailor in Porto, Portugal, seeks a Senior .NET Engineer to design and evolve scalable distributed C# solutions in Azure, owning architecture through production support.

You will implement CI/CD with Azure DevOps, use Terraform for IaC, and apply observability tools while collaborating with tech leads, QA, and product teams. Strong English required; 5+ years of experience and leadership across teams desired.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems at scale.
• Deep proficiency in C# and modern .NET development.
• Strong experience designing and deploying solutions in an Azure Cloud environment.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and scalable architecture patterns.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies (Azure DevOps).
• Demonstrated experience owning the design of distributed systems and leading engineers across teams without direct authority.
• Proven ability to mentor and elevate other engineers through pairing and code review.
• Strong testing practices across unit, integration, and UI automation; rigorous code reviews.
• Experience in Agile delivery teams with ownership of technical outcomes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent English, B2 minimum.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve scalable, distributed C# .NET solutions.
• Take end-to-end technical ownership from architecture through production support.
• Design and deploy solutions in an Azure Cloud environment.
• Implement CI/CD through Azure DevOps and automated deployment strategies.
• Work with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Use observability tooling throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, QA, and Product to deliver reliable features end-to-end.
• Conduct code reviews and pair with engineers.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Lead engineers across teams without direct authority.
• Work in Agile delivery teams and own technical outcomes.
