ITSector in Portugal seeks an experienced Engineering Lead to guide cross-functional teams and drive delivery of complex software projects. You will oversee deliveries, manage risks, and coordinate with stakeholders to align roadmaps with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of C#, .NET, Azure experience, and proven leadership with strong communication in Portuguese and English. Hybrid work, international projects, health insurance, and ongoing training are offered.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
• 7+ years of experience with C#, .NET and associated technologies.
• Experience with Azure (AKS, ServiceBus, EventHub, App Services, CI/CD, Application Insights).
• Experience with Git, SonarQube and Agile.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL skills.
• Previous experience managing teams (mandatory).
• Written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor team deliveries and manage risks, taking preventive measures to avoid them.
• Support the development team in achieving critical project milestones.
• Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal business stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage the backlog and prioritize features with the Product Manager based on feedback, impact and capacity.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (technology, business, compliance, etc.).
