ITSector is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive delivery on hybrid projects. You will oversee teams using C#, .NET, REST, and Azure services while coordinating with product managers and stakeholders across national and international projects.

You will mentor teams, optimize processes, ensure timely milestones, and promote a culture of innovation, system reliability, and continuous improvement in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualificações

• Requires a degree in Computer Engineering or similar field.
• More than seven years of experience with C#, .NET and related technologies (EF, Web APIs, REST).
• Experience with Azure services (AKS, ServiceBus, EventHub, App Services, CI/CD, App Insights).
• Proficient with Git, SonarQube and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, and SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Previous team management experience is mandatory.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to work to deadlines with responsibility, commitment and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor team deliveries and manage risks, taking preventive actions.
• Support development teams to reach critical project milestones.
• Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Act as main point of contact for internal business stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage the backlog and prioritize features with Product Manager based on feedback and capacity.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across technology, business and compliance.
