act digital is seeking an experienced Integration Platform Engineer to join an international and cross-functional technical environment, focusing on Level 3 platform operations and support for MuleSoft environments.

The role will contribute to platform stability, availability, performance and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on troubleshooting, incident resolution and automation.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of MuleSoft platform management and operations
• Experience with MuleSoft Omni/Flex Gateway
• Terraform, GitHub, OpenShift experience
• API security and authentication mechanisms (OAuth/OpenID)
• Foundational knowledge of AWS and Azure
• Familiar with ITIL processes

Responsabilités

• Provide L3 operational support and maintenance for MuleSoft platforms
• Investigate and resolve incidents and escalations from L2 within SLAs
• Troubleshoot platform issues using logs and monitoring tools
• Perform initial Root Cause Analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor capacity, performance, availability and resource utilization
• Support deployments, releases and production changes
• Develop automation scripts for repetitive operational activities
• Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge articles
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous service improvement
• Collaborate with internal and external technical teams in an international environment
• Provide occasional on-call or after-hours support
